I have bought my car after looking for 3 months. I'm very happy with what I have and where I bought it. I would like to thank Paul for his no pressure approach, it made it easy for me to deicide as I am in the older age group and need to go slow. I have a lovely citroen picasso 3, extended warranty and a new lease of life.
Very good service. They were happy to extend their opening hours to accommodate workers. Lovely car and prompt service when small niggles arose. The warranty is reassuring and the staff are knowledgeable and really friendly but don't pressure you into an instant decision.
Friendly Fair and Helpful - Buying a car from these guys was a very easy and enjoyable experience. Very helpful paul let us look around the car on our own no pressure at all then after a test drive made they whole buying experience easy. I recently bought my Vauxhall Corsa from Clacton Car Sales. Staff were helpful and not pushy. We were free to look around and test drive prior to purchase. I was given a courtesy car to use during the MOT which came back fine. Small items were also repaired, loose light and seal on ariel. Very happy with the car so far. Thank you
Clacton Car Sales were fantastic!. Took my car in for a MOT and had mechanical issues. Normally I do the work myself but due to injury I put my faith in CCS to do the work for me. The work done was top quality! And at a fair price! I definitely recommend this garage for Servicing and Sales. Also To Note the staff were extremely friendly and understanding.
I bought a car around 1 month ago from Clacton Car Sales, I was met with friendly, efficient service, there was a couple minor issues with the vehicle however they were rectified immediately and I have had a great experience with the vehicle ever since. Would recommend this garage for anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.
We bought a landrover freelander 2 weeks ago. Remote didn't work properly. Clacton car sales took the car in, repaired it under their warranty and we picked it up again. All good. Car is a dream and if I need another car in a few years time I will certainly go back to clacton car sales. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Great service.
Bought an Audi A3 Cabriolet - service was amazing and car was an absolute bargain price and drives faultless. Needed a new MOT and new injectors - they were replaced with no expense spared. Car drives amazing! I will definitely be looking to use these guys for my next car! Really appreciate all your help and going the extra mile to get the deal over the line despite dozens of calls about the car you held it for me! Thanks again!!
Bought a Polo a few months ago. Great service and very friendly. They have made sure everything was fine with the car before I bought it and dealt with any concerns that I had. The 3 month warranty they provide is also great and very useful. My battery had died in the car and they changed it to a brand new one with no problem. Would definitely recommend buying your car from there!

Bought our latest car ( Kia Carens ) from C.C.S. and have to say they offer an excellent service with a minor fault being dealt with quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. I would recommend giving them a look for your next vehicle

Personally I have been more than happy with both the car I purchased from Clacton Car Sales and their customer service. I found James to be very personable and honest. I am well chuffed with my car as it is lovely, clean and appears to be exactly what it should be. All in all i would recommend anyone to buy a car from this garage not least because I am a single woman and had no choice but to view a car on my own but i felt reassured by James knowledge of the car's history that I was buying a well looked after vehicle, which appears to be exactly the case. Thank you guys.
I purchased 2 cars recently, a Vauxhall Astra and a Kia Ceed, for my twins who just passed their driving tests. They were very helpful on both occasions and took their time to answer all our questions. One of the cars has a couple of issues which they very quickly booked it in and resolved.I'm very happy with the experience and very happy to recommend.

Second car from here . Only changed as wanted something cheaper to run . Good traid in price on old car . Service was great friendly and no question is to many questions am very happy and recommend when people need new car . I won't hesitate to use again when the time comes for a change.
